Students have to register for Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 by following the process below.

- Click on the Login/Registration tab
- Click on the ‘Registration’ tab under the ‘New User’ section
- Enter name, email address, choose password and date of birth and click on the ‘Register’ tab
- Login with the registration credentials and complete the process
- Upload documents and pay the registration fee in online mode
