The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Board has released the detailed schedule for NEET Counselling stray round for admission into MBBS, BDS courses.
The stray round is the final round of counselling conducted to fill the remaining vacant seats.
The OJEE counselling registration process for the stray vacancy round began on November 10, 2025 at 11 am and was closed on at 11:59 pm of November 11, 2025.
The stray vacancy counselling will be conducted on November 13 and 14, 2025.
Candidates who have already registered in any of the previous rounds are not required to register again.
Candidates who are not holding any seat either in All India quota or State quota can participate in this round.
Candidates who did not appear for round-3 counselling or OJEE counselling can appear for this stray counselling session.
Candidates who are already offered admission are not eligible for this counselling.
Candidates should submit an undertaking as not participating in any other MBBS/BDS stray counselling at the same time.
Once the admission is offered to the candidates, they will not be allowed to resign.
Only the merit listed candidates are eligible to appear for this counselling.
Candidates who are offered admission through this Spot round need to report to their respective institutions immediately by submitting a copy of the allotment-cum-admission letter duly signed by the OJEE authority.

Candidates interested are required to report as per the above schedule and according to the Vacancy Seat Matrix that will be published.
